Delete your BaleBet account

BaleBet is a property management app. This page explains how you can request deletion of your BaleBet account and any associated server-side data.
Important note about local data
By default, BaleBet stores your property and tenant data locally on your device. This local-only data is under your control and is not uploaded to our servers unless you explicitly enable cloud sync.
How to request account deletion
- Send an email from the same email address used to create your BaleBet account.
- Use the subject line: Delete my BaleBet account.
- Include your BaleBet account email/username and (optional) your phone number if it’s linked.

What data is deleted
- Your BaleBet account profile stored on our servers (email/username).
- If you enabled cloud sync: any synced data associated with your account that is stored on our servers.
What data is not deleted automatically
- Local-only data stored on your device. You can remove this by uninstalling the app or clearing the app’s data in your device settings.
Retention period
After we confirm your request, we delete server-side account and (if applicable) synced data within 90 days, unless a longer retention period is required by law. Backup copies may persist for up to 90 days for disaster recovery and compliance purposes.
How to delete local data immediately
- Uninstall BaleBet from your device, or
- Go to your device settings → Apps → BaleBet → Storage → Clear data (wording may vary by device).
